This is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in the heart of downtown Anaheim. This home has so many charming features, including a wraparound yard, with an oversized one car garage. The kitchen is upgraded with carrera marble and white shaker cabinets. Kitchen also has a washer hook up, and the dryer is in the garage. Bathroom has a nice vanity with Carrera marble. Bedrooms need some work, there is a shed closet that also needs to be taken care of. Overall, this small house can be created into a beautiful home. Backyard has so many opportunities.
