Description du projet
An old and simple home. Imagined to be situated in a rural and agricultural environment. Located on a great plot, framed by green grass and rich fruit trees this house provides the perfect basis for an authentic weekend retreat. Entering the main house, you may find an entrance hall, which leads into the generously spaced kitchen and dining area. A prominently placed fireplace is this room‘s highlight. Following along, you reach the cosy yet simple living-area with an additional fireplace. Moving up the steep ladder, one reaches the top floor with the small and minimalist bedrooms. In total, the house sleeps six people. Behind the main house, in a quiet corner of the peaceful garden, there is a separate building, containing the restroom-facilities. Across from the main house, there is the barn, in which the horse stable is located. Behind it, there is a little outdoor-space for the beloved stallions. The whole property is fenced with a high wall of stone, so that safety is given. This house is an excellent basis for a renovation - be creative and do what you want with it!
